Head over to our website : www.afrikaburn.com
Look for a block that says "PARTICIPATION FORMS" (it's in the bottom right hand corner at the moment)
Read the information on the page that opens up.
Click on "Theme Camp registration form" (either across the top of the page, or in the body of the text).
And . . . . go for it!
It can be helpful to print the registration out form out first and go through it with your team, to make sure you have all the information you need.
There's a button at the bottom of the form that says "Print this Page".
But the form needs to be submitted online, ok?
You'll need to answer every question, and attach a reference image, or the form will not submit.
(instead you'll see the boxes that need answers get a red outline)
Once you've successfully submitted your registration form a confirmation message comes on screen.
A copy of your completed form is also emailed to you at the email address you provided.

I have a crew nearing 30 participants . We are super keen and have some RAD concepts but not yet sure of our name or art installation and theme camp specifics.
We would very much like to be part of the binnekring, can we reserve a spot and flesh out the details in a week or two. We would hate to be left out of the action with what we have planned ?

That's great news!
Theme camp registration is open until 28 Feb, so you still have a couple of weeks to tie up all the details.
You can register after that date, but your camp won't be included on the printed map or in the gate handout. There's a print timeline there.
I can try to reserve you a spot on the binnekring, but without knowing the size of your camp and the type of activity it will be tricky.
So I can't promise, sorry.
You can also submit something sooner and update or change your details directly with me later.
Go print the form out in the meantime. It'll help you work through everything you need to figure out.
